Membership Agreement* I Agree to the Terms BelowBy selecting this option, you agree to the HOOK LINE & SINKER FISHING CLUB Terms & Conditions. Basics:Membership is for fishing only, from November 1 to March 31Membership grants primary member, spouse and minor children fishing access for the CURRENT season.Primary member may bring one adult guest per day fishing with them.Club membership is $235 for the season.Terms and ConditionsFailure to adhere to club rules may result in revocation of membership with NO REFUND.Minor children must be accompanied by the primary member or spouse AT ALL TIMES.Primary member must ALWAYS be present (on property) with guest fisher.Primary member may bring ONLY ONE guest per day.Membership is non-transferable.Fishing rights are for Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only.Thursdays and Fridays are reserved for owners only. Members are not allowed to fish that day.Owners reserve the right to issue limited temporary fishing permits.Members agree that all land, trails, roads, riverbanks, are to be used “as is”, and are used at members/spouse/minor children/guests own risk.Club gives access to members only access to the river above mean watermark.No overnight camping is allowed on property.Members must carry out all garbage, waste, spent fishing line, and help to keep property clean and pristine.No driving to river. All Members must park in designated parking area and walk to river. No exceptions.Memberships do not automatically renew, however past year members will receive advance notice, at least 30 days, for the CURRENT season renewal.The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting these terms, it is agreed that all members are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.The property is privately owned by the Upper Alsea Hook Line and Sinker Cattle Company LLC. Owners consent to the entry by club member, immediate family and guest for the purposes listed, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth above. Any use or occupancy contrary to this agreement are unlawful. Member and member’s family agree to indemnify and save harmless Upper Alsea Hook Line and Sinker Cattle Company LLC, and all partners jointly and independently from all claims and losses resulting from injuries, damages, or death to the member, member spouse, minor children, guests and invitees and property arising in any way from the use/occupancy of the Upper Alsea Hook Line and Sinker Cattle Company LLC lands by such persons and from the condition of those lands and any personal property located thereon.IMPORTANT NOTICESThe Hook Line & Sinker Fishing club is a best efforts attempt by owners to share this outstanding fishery. Should unforeseen problems with club, club members, or impact on property arise, owners reserve the right to terminate the fishing club, any and all memberships at any time during or after the season. If the club is closed during the season, members will receive pro-rated refunds. Rules may be updated at any time as owners see fit. Members will be notified by email.
